WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept payments from all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal, ensuring a seamless and convenient checkout experience for all our customers. Your security and satisfaction are our top priorities. Thank you for choosing us!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below:

  • All returned items must be in new, unworn, unaltered, and in original condition, with all original tags, hanger tags, and price tickets attached. Items showing signs of wear or use will not be accepted.

  • Returns must be initiated and received within thirty (30) days from the date of online purchase. Returns received after this period are not eligible for return.

  • Final Sale Items: All items marked as Final Sale or purchased at a discounted or markdown price are non-returnable and non-refundable, and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept eligible items for a refund within thirty (30) days of the online purchase date, provided the return is accompanied by the original sales receipt and complies with our return policy. To initiate a return, please contact our CUSTOMER CARE team. Once your request is received, please allow 24–72 business hours for our team to respond with return authorization and detailed instructions. Response times may vary depending on the day and time your email is received.

All returns are subject to inspection and approval in accordance with our return policy.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, you must notify our CUSTOMER CARE team within 4 weeks of placing your order.

Once we are informed, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier to attempt recovery of the package. If the carrier confirms the shipment as lost after their investigation, we will gladly reship your order at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer at checkout.

  • We are not liable for packages confirmed by the carrier as successfully delivered to the correct address but reported missing afterward (for example, due to theft).

We recommend verifying your shipping details carefully before submitting your order and ensuring a secure delivery location.

If you have any concerns about your shipment, please contact us promptly so we can assist you.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?

Your order confirmation will be emailed to you within 30 minutes of placing a successful order.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Orders typically ship within 3-7 Business days of being placed.

HOW DO I CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to your order once it has been placed. If you are attempting to cancel your order, please email our CUSTOMER SERVICE department immediately.  Once our warehouse has fulfilled the order, we are unable to cancel it.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer gift cards.

CAN I ADD AN ITEM AFTER PLACING ORDER?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to an existing order.  However, if you place a new order within 24-hours it can be shipped with your existing order.

JEWELRY CARE INSTRUCTIONS.

To ensure the beauty of your Armour Beads we recommend the following.

Avoid contact with hairspray, perfume, water, bleaches and lotions.

​

Avoid heat and overexposure to the sun.

​

Gently wipe off your Armour Beads with soft cloth to retain its shine.

​

When putting on Armor Beads, roll over hand. Do not pull and stretch over hand.

​

Store Armour Beads in its protective box to help keep its original look and shine.
