ARMOR BEADS internet customer service and returns department are closed Friday after 5pm, Saturday & Sunday and will reopen Monday -Friday 9:00am -5pm EST (East Coast) Depending on when an email is received (the day of the week and the hour); please allow us 24-72 hours to answer email inquiries. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept payments from any major credit or debit card, or Paypal. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

• Items must be in its original state, with all tags and price tickets attached and must not show any signs of wear, or it will not be accepted.

• Clothing returns must be in new, unworn condition with all hanger tags and price tickets attached and must not show any signs of wear, or it will not be accepted.

• FINAL SALE: All mark down items are final sale. Final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds. 

• All returns must be returned within 30 days of online purchase. All returns must be unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition.  Orders reported/received after 30 days will not be accepted for return. 

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for refund within 30 days of online purchase, accompanied by original sales receipt.

To make a return please email our customer care department contact@armourbeads.com and depending on when your email is received (the day of the week and the hour) please allow us 24-72 hours to answer back with instructions on how to return your item.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.

If the package shows delivered to your address, but is missing you must report the lost package to us within 4 weeks of placing your order. Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if stock is available.
 We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?

Your order confirmation will be emailed to you within 30 minutes of placing a successful order.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Orders typically ship within 3-7 Business days of being placed.

HOW DO I CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to your order once it has been placed. If you are attempting to cancel your order, please email our Customer Service department immediately.  Once our warehouse has fulfilled the order, we are unable to cancel it.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer gift cards.

CAN I ADD AN ITEM AFTER PLACING ORDER?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to an existing order.  However, if you place a new order within 24-hours it can be shipped with your existing order.

JEWELRY CARE INSTRUCTIONS.

To ensure the beauty of your Armour Beads we recommend the following.

Avoid contact with hairspray, perfume, water, bleaches and lotions.

​

Avoid heat and overexposure to the sun.

​

Gently wipe off your Armour Beads with soft cloth to retain its shine.

​

When putting on Armor Beads, roll over hand. Do not pull and stretch over hand.

​

Store Armour Beads in its protective box to help keep its original look and shine.
